Isaiah 52 & 53 The spirit of God led me to study Isaiah 52 & Isaiah 53. As I went through the following verses, I would refer to the Strong's Concordance to observe the meaning of the words. The Gospel is defined in 1 Corinthians 15:3-4. how that Jesus died for our sins according to the scripture, and that he was buried and rose again the third day according to the scripture. Isaiah 52:13 through Chapter 53 is a prophecy of the death burial and resurrection of the Lord Jesus. The gospel is not in word only, ..but in power. Following the verses are words from that verse. You will see the Strong's reference number and the meanings for that word. Remember, you do not receive the word of God through your head. The Holy Spirit reveals it to your heart. Isaiah 52 verse 13.
