Repent ye, and believe the Gospel    

Mark 1:14-15

vs. 14 Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,

vs. 15 And saying, The kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

I Corinthians 15: 1- 4

vs. 1 Moreover, Brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;

vs. 2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.

vs. 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins, according to the scriptures:

vs. 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

The Power of God unto Salvation

Romans 1:16 & 17

vs. 16 For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth: to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

vs. 17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

The Gospel Is Always with Power

1 Thessalonians 1
vs. 5 For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake.

1 Corinthians 1
vs. 17 For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.
